Ms. Daliah Krief Zack - Co-founder and CEO
Before founding Bounty, Ms. Krief Zack served for over 9 years as co-founder and CEO of Jobinfo – a leading E-recruiting and placement company for the hi-tech and medical devices industries. Under Daliah's management, Jobinfo became one of the biggest and most renowned recruiting companies in the Israeli hi-tech arena, serving over 3,000 companies, including some of the most prestigious international organizations active in Israel. Daliah has over 15 years of experience in head hunting and consulting services for various industries, with work experience ranging from support for small companies in their early stages, up to large international organizations. Companies she worked with include Astra-Zeneca and Anobit (acquired by Apple), among many others. Daliah holds an MA with honors in Public Administration and International Strategy from the business school of Reins France.
Ms. Roni Greenberg – Co-founder and Partner
Ms. Greenberg has over 15 years of experience in the HR domain. Prior to joining Bounty, Ms. Greenberg was the NUR Macroprinters' HR manager, until the company was sold to HP in 2007. Previously, she was the head of recruiting for BrainsGate, a medical device company. Ms. Greenberg also served as a CEO of a leading executive search firm for 6 years. All of this industry background gives Ms. Greenberg rich experience in recruiting, assessing and placing candidates across all sectors. Ms. Greenberg Holds an MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Psychology with Honors from Haifa University.
Ms. Sally Ben David-Rzezak - Senior Account Manager
Ms. Ben David-Rzezak brings to Bounty more than 15 years of experience in head hunting and marketing. Prior to joining Bounty, Ms. Ben David-Rzezak Served as a Senior Project Manager at a leading executive search company. Previously, Ms. Ben David-Rzezak was an Account Manager at a leading, American head hunting company, and held several marketing positions. Ms. Ben David-Rzezak served in the intelligence unit of the IDF, and holds a BA in Business Administration (Major in Marketing & Human Resources) from the College of Administration.
Mr. Zohar Zarko – Information Specialist
Mr. Zarko has over 5 years of experience as an information specialist. Prior to joining Bounty in 2009, Mr. Zarko served as an information specialist at a leading, American executive search firm. Mr. Zarko has extensive experience in retrieving information through both on-line and off-line methods. Mr. Zarko served in an elite intelligence unit in the IDF dealing with information retrieval. He graduated with a focus on theatre studies.
